Over 40 Years of Successfully Representing North Texas and Southern Oklahoma Families
David M. Kennedy has over 40 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in matters of civil litigation. As a law student assisting his father in a civil fraud trial in 1982, David tried his first case to a jury in Oklahoma — and has been a trial attorney ever since.
David was raised in Sherman, Texas, and his office is located there. Coming out of law school he joined his father's firm as one who would try the lawsuits, focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, and general civil litigation. He began his own firm in 2001 and continues the commitment to representing those needing a trial lawyer.
While licensed in three states, David has been retained by other attorneys to represent clients across the country — from New Mexico to North Carolina. The firm is committed to winning, willing to invest the time and expertise necessary to manage cases requiring us to obtain, organize, and present exhibits from thousands of pages of records, retaining experts qualified to provide opinions on the most complicated matters, all the while fronting the expenses required for a successful presentation of our client's claims. The proof is in our results that you should review in Case Results.
When you call this office, you speak with David — not a paralegal, not a case manager. That's not common in the legal industry. It's the standard David has maintained for over four decades.
